Speech Language Pathologist and Certified Lactation Counselor for moms and babies who want to enjoy stress-free, confident feeding — at the breast, bottle, or table.

Because feeding your baby shouldn’t be painful, confusing, or something you have to figure out on your own.

This practice didn’t come from a business plan — it came from sitting on my couch with a newborn, in pain, confused, and told everything was “normal.”

Because I’ve been the mom searching for answers. I know what it’s like to dread the next feeding, to feel like you’re doing everything right but something still isn’t working. That experience drives every part of my work today; offering families the kind of care I wish I’d had: compassionate, thorough, and rooted in truly understanding what’s going on so feeding can finally feel calm and connected again.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

CERTIFIED LACTATION COUNSELOR

LOVER OF JESUS AND STRONG COFFEE

I started my career as a Speech-Language Pathologist, helping children and adults develop feeding and oral motor skills. But it wasn’t until I became a mom that I truly understood how hard feeding can be. I struggled through pain, latch issues, and a lot of “everything looks fine” — even when it clearly didn’t feel fine. That experience changed everything for me.

I became a Certified Lactation Counselor so I could help other moms find the calm, confidence, and connection I was searching for in those early days. Now, I get to combine both worlds — my clinical background and my personal experience — to help families on their feeding journeys. Because no parent should have to push through pain or confusion alone.

My Approach

I’ve spent years studying oral function, lactation, and feeding development (and walking through my own messy, beautiful feeding journey) so you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

My approach blends evidence-based strategies with a calm, family-centered style that meets you where you are. I look at the whole picture — from oral motor skills and body tension to positioning, routines, and emotions — to help you and your baby find comfort, connection, and confidence in feeding again.
